Cookbooks Collector & Attempt to bake Croissant

 The uneventful piles that became dust collector when new ones arrived.

 Tried baking croissant two weekends ago ... Everything was going perfectly since it was from scratch.

Till it came out of the oven ... Looks all right ... but seriously under cooked inside.  The dough doesn't rise as much as Koyuki would like to see!  So sad ....
