After a long day baking, cooling, assembling, creaming ...
Layers of dark Chocolate mud cake to be cooled and sliced.
Cracked ... oops!
After assembling it with Macadamia Nuts brittle (home-made), and piping it with cream cheese
Layer it with Chocolate Ganache melted with sea salt
Finally, able to chill and sliced a piece to see it.
Chocolate cake with Fleur de Sel (French flower-lie sea salt flakes)
Top with Chocolate Ganache that's a little salty too!
