Am I a nervous dog?

 Am I?  The vet says Hand-Shy dogs are nervous dogs...

Hence, that is why I bark at the slightest sound, I don't sleep well, I am constantly anxious about what is going on.  I lack the comfort of having security.  I don't have confidence and have separation anxiety more these days.  Am I bad, Mom?
