And pasta is only perfect with home-made Bolognese sauce ...
from scratch of diced carrot, diced onions, diced tomato, diced beef, diced pork, red wine, bouquet garni, stock, tomato puree, tomato paste, milk ... and stewed for 4 hours at very low heat ...
