Dad suggested to give the bone to me ... while Mom wants the bone to be as it is!
Bone-in ribeye flambed with Cognac on a cast iron grill plant ... to be put into the oven!
Then make a meat jus and parsley herb butter, rosmary French floret potatoes and grill peppers with thyme.
