Poulet aux 40 Gousses d'Ail


 Mom cooked a classic French dish yeseterday ...
called "French Provencal Roast Chicken with 40 cloves of Garlic" in English.
This was the French Purple Skin Garlic ... just multiply by 40 cloves... Dad's Favorite!
