Christmas Eve Dinner and was I drunk!


 I think I must have dranked too much!

 Everyone in their silly hats and I in my silly out fit!
 Mom's brilliant home-entertaining idea!
 Mom did too much that she forgot to take pictures of the starter / appetitizer, main course and desserts!  That was the wild portobello mushroom in parsley garlic white wine sauce.
 Roasted seasonal organic vegetables infused with orange peel and thyme herbs.
 Steamed Saffron infused Parsley Potatoes with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Flakes
And she truly forgot to take photos of the starter "Pan Fried Foie Gras with home-made toasted Christmas Orange bread she made served with Micro Salad; she also forgot to take photo on Cognac Flambeed Bone-in Ribeye Steak served medium rare with it's own meat sauce reduced to become Jus.
